The Joy Yoga Club is a curated collection of 30+ recorded classes, each rooted in ancient yogic philosophy and intentionally woven into the challenges and rhythms of modern life. Every session combines mantra, meditation, breath work, and asana around a meaningful theme that supports growth, grounding, and self-trust.

Trained in 2009 under Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu in Rishikesh, India, I teach in the Akhanda tradition — a holistic approach that blends philosophy, movement, and breath into one cohesive experience.
